Last weekend I lost service and my phone was just searching all day which was extremely inconvenient since I have a lot of people who depend on me, only time it worked was on wifi, I called and got no help. Finally popped out the SIM card and put it back in and reset the phone a few times and it started working.

Brings us to this weekend, phone started the same thing on Friday I reset it and it started working, then yesterday did the same I had no service again. This was the 10th day of my service with you guys and I've already decided to move on, even though I have over 20 days of service left. I can't be without service do to the nature of my job and my family life. I could understand if I was outside of the network area but I was in the thick of it.

I updated APN settings, I trouble shot the best I could but I've concluded that your service just sucks. You all owe me 20 days of service.
