i was trying to update my account via reup#PIN# did not worked so talk to an agent , agent reup some other phone line even though i gave my phone number correctly , now all supervisors of SM refusing to give me refund(up to now 36-Hrs) since PIN is already used to activate wrong account by an agent !

and later that day i was able to login my account via and changed login password successfully to 5 digit password

which is not accepting(5 digit password) by ? forget password mails me 5 digit password not working on their own website

there is no way to reset since simple mobile TECHNICAL is not their anymore

once i contact them via email

they replying me back asking my current login and password but no promises to reset online account !???

at last Simple-Mobile Sucks Now, then 1 Month Before !
