Simple Mobile - Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever and the simple mobile technical issue to several times I call customer service with several issue but customer care representive are ware not interested to solve any issue they act as a irresponsible and hang up for killing customers valuable time the are not skillfull to serve customer also their reception is not manerfull worst mobile phone provider ever

Simple Mobile - Theft
I have the $60 plan with mobile hotspot. My hotspot stopped working after my plan renewed. I called several times and no one has resolved the issue. Instead I am placed in a cycle of hold and transfers. I need to be refunded and issue resolved immediately. I am looking into a class action lawsuit as well.
