I paid to have my phone activated on 9/7/17, the young man told me it would take a couple of hours to activate my phone. My phone was not activated until 9/18/17.
Of course I'm satisfied and I'm happy. Now moving forward, last Monday, 10/2 I received a text saying my plan would expire on 10/7/17. I'm confused by all of this because it hasn't been 30 days since I received service. I called customer service, I spoke to 4 different reps and a "supervisor".
And I was told that since I paid for it on 9/7/17 that counted towards my 30 days.
I explained over and over that the service was not activated until 9/18/17. So I lost 10 days of service due to the company not being able to "activate" the phone.
