I bought a sim card with a service plan of 25$ dollars weeks ago. First day, I tried to transfer my old number, it was not possible since they can't activate this sim card.

Asked me to wait 48 hours. Waited 48 hours and contact them again. After investigation, they told me that I have received a defective SIM Card and that I need to pay in order to receive a new one. Not fair, I've pay my money to get something working...

I asked them for a refund and they gave me a reference number to contact them by phone. I did it. I asked for a refund of my money since they wanted me to pay again if I wanted to get service. They oppened a case to issue a refund, collect my payment information and I still can get my money back....

I am out of service since September 24 waiting for a refund....

Nice service and nice support... asking for money to get a replacement.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service unable to fix simple issue, Ask for money when i receive a defective unit.
