I have the $60 plan with mobile hotspot. My hotspot stopped working after my plan renewed. I called several times and no one has resolved the issue. Instead I am placed in a cycle of hold and transfers. I need to be refunded and issue resolved immediately. I am looking into a class action lawsuit as well.
