I've Called 4 days & Spoken to 4 Representatives, asjed the last w times to speak to a Supervisor, waited patiently for 1 hour each time, was told I'd be called back & never was about the status of my ohone which I ordered over 1 week ago, which the representatives 1st said tgey couldnt find, but When I click on " status" on my Order Email it says "Still Processing"
I need my phone!

My issue wasn't resolved.
I told them that I needed help activating my new phone and when it came time to talk to a representative a recorded message said a representative will be with you. It repeated it over and over again. I never got to speak with a representative.

Overcharged
- Canceled Simple Mobile a year ago, but monthly charges continue.

Hi, I canceled my Simple Mobile service a year ago. They are still charging me monthly.
I just got charged again and it caused an overdraft. They said auto pay would stop. Please refund me. I am so mad.
I asked Simple Mobile to cancel my account a year ago. I called a couple months later because I was still being charged. I asked to cancel my account.
They are STILL CHARGING ME NOW. Please refund my $$ I havent used that trac phone or Simple Mobile service for the last year

Website says chat with an agent, 8am-3am 7 days a week. I send a message requesting assistance and was sent an automated response telling me chat support is not available, although I attempted to contact at 12:24am CST- Sunday (which is 1:24 am EST) makes no sense why I could not be assisted, and VERY inconvenient for a paying customer with a service. Probably they should change the availability info on their website, very disappointing to not get support when needed.
