My service and number was stolea

Someone stole my sim card out of my phone. I lost my phone number and my 3 weeks of service that I had remaining. When I called I wasn't given any info on who had my number, what they had been doing or refunded or offered anything for the 3 weeks of service I had lost.

Phone issues

Same issue when purchased it's a retail model can't set Administrator privilege or encrypt email. Tech was dumber than a bag of rocks no help as usual.

Since purchasing phone from Simple Mobile I was sent a retail demo apparently that was not disclosed at time of purchase. It will not allow administrator privilege and as a result phone has been hacked can't encrypt emails etc.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything from Simple Mobile.

My account with Simple Mobile was frozen, (216)466-****. My account phone number was 216-466-****. This was a error with auto re-up. I would like to pay my bill in total for any months you deem necessary. 216-466-**** is extremely important to me. Please contact me asap concerning this matter.

Report phone missing

How is calling you find out my I am number on my phone that was stolen when I called the do not have the phone registered seems kind of bizarre because they have to register the fall because of lock their SIM cards it was also one of their phones so it was pretty upset what I want to call it couldn't use buy Apple care because I could you find the IME number because the phone company didn't register the phone to the SIM card I was pressure that we did that because I remember doing it when I activated the SIM card for the phone The website you do like

Won't let me use my reward points

I accumulated over 7,000 points as a customer. Found out I could use them to pay my monthly bill. Called customer service to verify in January 2021. They told me they would be available March 17, 2021. I called today March 18th to use them and the customer service rep told me that they review eligibility for reward points and I got denied. Therefore, they took all of my points away and there's no way to reverse it. This was said AFTER he stated that there's no way to decide who gets to use their points and who doesn't. But clearly that was incorrect. I was a customer since 2017 before they even started their reward program and this is highly disappointing.

First off they sent me the wrong or defective sim card it was for a phone....I HAVE A HOTSPOT...so they sent new sim card...now every time i try add data.. It trys to put it on that damn phone that doesnt exsist... They say the sim card doesnt exsist...3 to4 hours EVERYTIME... . IM SICK OF THESE PEOPLE.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.. SICK OF IT I SAID..
