Simple Mobile - Our debit card was stolen and used to pay some ones account.

We contacted Simple Mobile and verified that, in fact, the card and the account had two different names. They refused to refund our money. So we had to go thru our bank and get the money back. Thieves.

I am shocked on how TERRIBLE this phone company is. I only get great service about 5 days a month. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! So I’m going to give this company a day BEFORE I JUST GET ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER!! ZERO STARS!

Simple Mobile - Cell & Data Coverage BAD

Purchased BYOP Sim.T mobile phone S8+. Cell 1 to no bars.Data not true 4g.Switched to Verizon prepaid wireless,All bars and quick data.Tmobile at 98445 is terrible coverage.Never Again.
