I've been having problems with simple mobile phone service my sister has paid my phone bill the last two months from her card she paid my bill for the month of April last week and the unlimited data she paid for me is not working I can't get on the Internet I need this problem resolved as soon as possible I'm not receiving what being paid for

Website says chat with an agent, 8am-3am 7 days a week. I send a message requesting assistance and was sent an automated response telling me chat support is not available, although I attempted to contact at 12:24am CST- Sunday (which is 1:24 am EST) makes no sense why I could not be assisted, and VERY inconvenient for a paying customer with a service. Probably they should change the availability info on their website, very disappointing to not get support when needed.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Customer service was helpful
Changing devices was not so hard. The service agent was very nice and patient. Getting an actual person was too complicated and frustrating.
I paid online my phone bills but they have reducted 3 times on this card number 465345****149533
Today l have paid my phone bill online because I used to pay $40 per month even the processing charges of $4.99 but they have cut my money account 3 times and my internet is not yet on

I would use them again if they rectify the problem by giving me credit for the month subscription that I lost due to the fact that their hotspot device was defective and their 6 week delay to issue a replacement
After multiple phone calls, they agreed to replace the defective device. It took them 6 weeks to send me a replacement device due to the device being on backorder according to them. It was like pulling teeth to get a replacement device. In the meantime my subscription had expired as the month subscription ended 10/25, and I didn't get the replacement device until 11/10/24.
They had promised to give him a month subscription credit, but they lied as when I called today to get the credit so I can activate my hotspot, they refused to honor what they said they would honor.
I wasted so much time on the phone with multiple calls. I would never use them again, and I recommend for no one to use them

I was paying for my service through Simple Mobile for a phone I bought from them. When that phone got demolished after getting run over, I went on their website and bought another phone, the iPhone 13.
I set it up through Smart Pay and was advised that I would be paying for my service and phone through Smart Pay every month. Four months later, I noticed that I was being billed for my service twice a month. Even though I was paying my service through Smart Pay, Simple Mobile was still taking out my service every month directly through their app. I called and explained the situation and the woman in their refund department said she would issue a refund for the four months I double paid.
Two weeks later, I never received the refund. I called them back and their refund supervisor told me that there were no notes about the refund in their system and the woman in her department must have lied to me. I was shocked that this is how they conduct business. They told me there was nothing they could do and told me to contact Smart Pay.
Smart Pay tells me to contact them. It's a money grab and a scam!

I do not believe that simple mobile even exist. I have been waiting 2 months or more on a refund where I traded-in my old mobile phone and have yet to receive a refund.
I was on the trac phone website where I bought a phone from them. a window from simple mobile popped up asking a me to trade in my old phone. when I received my new phone in the mail I was advised to mail back the old phone. I have a trade-in order number where the company received the phone.
they told me to wait at least 2-4 weeks to receive a pre-paid Mastercard debit card. instead they sent a virtual pre-paid Mastercard to my email with instructions how to redeem. the card do not work. trac phone has been giving me the run around about the old phone and the debit card.
they say simple mobile is their sister company and I am still waiting on my money. will contact the federal trade commission.
