Been dropped for the 2nd x 2day. Was on the phone for 1.5 hr w/ a man troubleshooting.He said he'd tried all the tools he could to help me and now needed to transfer me to their Corporate Office. The call dropped. I made one more call. The lady told me to take out and reinsert SIM card. It worked. How come the other 2 men didn't tell me to do that? Geez...

Just make sure ALL your customer service reps know taking out a SIM card & reinserting makes the phone work.NICE FOLKS, BUT DAMN, THEY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO USE AN AMERICAN/ENGLISH ACCENT NOT THEIR ACCENTS.

It’s a big scam , make sure you have your account number , since they will not give it to you easily

I was on the phone with these people for 4 hours trying to get get my account to switch to another provider

Buy more service days

Won't let me change automatic payment date. Can't buy any service unless it's a 30 day service plan. Which takes me to the same date. So stupid !!!

After my phone was stolen they wasted no time in not only shutting off the device but also locking it making it impossible for them to access my personal information. I am truly greatful.
