Here is the online conversation I had with them. Worse customer service. They do not care at all. They sent an old iphone 7 and asked me to pay for the shipping if I want to send it back.

Omg Sherry im having problems with Simple Mobile too. I bought their phone & was told I could return it for refund in 30 days without reason.

I returned the phone & idk whatโ€™s happening. I feel like they charged my account then they have the phone back now too. When I called the return center I was told to call Simple Mobile. Haha they said it could take 30 days for the refund.

I said it didnโ€™t take 30 days to get ur money out of my account. So here I sit wondering if Iโ€™ve been ripped off the phone too.

I hope ur delimma has been properly resolved. Iโ€™ll never use Simple Mobile or refer them to anyone !
