Simple Mobile - Bad customer service

The customer reps was very rude. I was at work while trying to resolve an issue with my service being off for no reason. Not disconnected. I am working so its a little background noise. The CSR told me to stop making noise in the background because its aggravating. Everysince i have had their service its been problem after another. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Simple Mobile Cell Phone Service Review

Simple mobile used to be great when it first came out but now it sucks. Three times in a row by I tried to make a payment for my plan using different cards, simple mobile didn't Reup my service but my bank shows it was deducted. When I contacted them they say there must be something wrong with all my different cards and there's nothing they can do for me
