Whilst in USA on holidays, I purchased a USA SIM card for my phone for the 30 day plan paying cash. I then extended it for another few weeks and paid US$28.50 on October 2, before I returned home to Australia.
Now another charge has appeared on my credit card on October 30 which is wrong and should be credited to me immediately. I have paid for the 2 usages on that SIM card, not for Simple Mobile to keep charging me every month. Can this please be sorted straight away. I have tried contacting Simple Mobile via live chat etc but to no avail.
