I purchased 2 cards one for me and one for my husband problem ive had in 3 days of new service dropped calls but my husband after 2 days his service went out i called them and they said there is no record of his line ever having service or a record of the sim card number but i had to pay with 2 seperate transactions to get service and both are still on my card so we paid for servive for a month and 2 days later no service or any record of service and they even sent text to his phone welcoming him to simple mobile and asking him to do a survey now they dont even have record of us even getting the phone number they gave us and they wont do anything about it then i asked for email address or fax to send a copy of the transaction from my account was told they dont have one.Stay Away From This Company
