DO NOT GO TO SIMPLE MOBILE IF U WANT TO MAINTAIN THE LITTLE BIT OF MENTAL SANITY U HAVE LEFT.
Their customer service representatives are insensitive, rude, robotic turds who are paid to talk passive aggressive in their little Indian accents, and offer minimal assistance when THEY are in the wrong. Calling them only further infuriates you, and the situation. Every time i call for help with my internet- which goes out with the ACP $30 plan right in the middle of the month- they are of no help or understanding. Why am i paying you ppl $40 a month for add on internet when ACP is supposedly paying the company $30 of my bill?! So simple mobile walks away with $70 off of my name and account and i still get *** internet service that cuts off mid month???

I have been disputing my monthly charges for the last 7 months I've had to explain the situation to my bank every time.My phone was lost so I tried to cancel on their website but it required a security code,I called multiple times to cancel and they refused because I dont have the phone the get the code all they had to say over and over again is "im very sorry sir".I have even changed my credit card number multiple times and they are still able to charge it no matter how many times I change the card number,the only thing i could do is close out my credit card but I refuse to ruin my credit over this.

Turn on phone
Trying to change a phone that broke to a different phone with the same number. Very hard to do through your system. Customer service transferred to the experts and the phone hung up.

I got very little help repairing online account information after the phone line was hacked by someone entering my online account.my birthday is still wrong in there systems they want help me fix it .it's rude interrupting interference doing phone and chat calls.my keeps getting hot and shutting down want help my support calls are going to Africa simple mobile

Good afternoon, my name is Joseph. The reason for my email is because I was given the wrong plan with misinformation. I was told for $10, I would receive 30 days of unlimited talk and text with 7 days of high-speed data. This misinformation was given to me on 05/06/2024, via a phone call from an agent that represents your company. On 05/11/2024 at 4:15 pm EST, I called the customer service line and spoke to an agent whose badge number is 511410. I informed her that I received a text stating my service is going to be cut off in 2 days when I just paid for my services to be valid for 30 days. This agent, whose badge number is 511410, stated that the original agent gave me misinformation and that there is absolutely nothing she can do about it.
I then asked this agent if there was any way I could get an extension, being that I was misled by the information the prior agent gave me. She refused to give me an extension or a refund and became very hostile and rude about the situation. I've been a loyal customer with this company for quite some time and I am extremely upset that not only will my services be cut off, but the agent was unapologetic and extremely rude, making matters even worse for me.
I would like to file a complaint on the agent whose badge number is 511410 and on the agent who gave me the wrong plan with misinformation. My phone number is 161********. I look forward to hearing from someone via text or phone call. Thank you.

Simple Mobile is absolutely terrible. I called to add more data since my internet was exceptionally slow for some reason, and it didn't change a thing.
My internet is still incredibly slow. I called them and no one could provide a concrete answer other than to turn off your phone blah, blah, blah. I was then referred to a specialized team who couldn't do anything either, repeating that I've used up all my data even though I just purchased more data five minutes ago! I tried to request a manager or something, but I got nowhere.
Eventually, my calls kept getting dropped. I couldn't get a straight answer.
I am requesting a full refund immediately and moving on to another carrier. This service is unacceptable.

DonI purchased a week ago, never saw anything but 2 red bars the full week. Ive rebooted it, my phone, my laptop and tv.
Still nothing. Called customer service. 3 calls in a half hour. First guy pressed buttons in my ear til I hung up.
Called back and got a women who told me the only way to check the device was for me to add more time. I did that. She couldnt figure it out, I asked for my money back and she started saying that the line was getting choppy and then hung up. Finally got someone on the third call that seemed like she succeeded at granting the refund but I wont know for 4-5 business days Best Buy recommended.
Theyre messing up your name Best Buy. Ill see you soon because I want my money back.
This place is a whole scam. Very disappointed.

This is a SCAMMER company! The call center is in India.
They messed up my account. Emailed me saying the wrong phone number WHICH I NEVER ATTACHED A NUMBER BECAUSE IT WAS A MOBILE WIFI UNIT I PURCHASED.
NO MATTER WHAT NUMBER I GIVE THEM THEY CAN'T FIND MY ACCOUNT - WHICH I'M LOOKING AT IN THEIR APP WHEN I CALL THEM. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES!!!

My acc has been blocked for unknown reasons. I have attempted to get this resolved 13 times in the past two days without success.
I cant get past the auth method because their system cannot handle all of the use cases.
I have had this # for 10+ years. At least I should be able to port my #.

- Terrible outsources customer service with no training
Preferred solution: 1) be able to restore my service OR 2) unblock my number so it can be ported to another company.

I signed up for Simple Mobile for my sister. I first bought a monthly card, then decided to go autopay.
She broke the phone, and because they couldn't send me a code through the phone, they would not let me transfer the service over to a new Simple Mobile phone I purchased for her. They wouldn't look up my account by the credit card it was billed to, or even the MEI number on the phone.
The only way to stop the service was to call my bank and have them block Simple Mobile from any charges. They also wouldn't let me speak to a manager or anyone else.

- Customer service is horrible
- Dont care about the customer
Preferred solution: Stop billing my account and just want to warn customers before they choose simple mobile
