Simple Mobile - Shitty Customer Service
Every month I’ve had the service there’s a period I can’t use my phone at all. They always ask for another number, why do I pay for a phone to have another phone? They’ll claim they can’t help with accommodating when it’s their service mess up because I’ve already used so much data. Even when they troubleshoot it doesn’t fix anything. It’s the worst service I’ve ever paid for.

Simple Mobile - I didn't have service for almost 3 weeks and lost my job.
I lost my job got fired because I couldn't contact my boss and he couldn't contact me and I couldn't contact simple mobile to file a complaint. Caused me to lose waged on top of paying for a service I couldn't even use. Now customer care said I would get some added air time to my account and a different phone but I've not seen or heard *** so what's up
