Would not cancel the account which was on automatic draft

I I called them to cancel the account which was on automatic draft because we lost the phone and there had been no activity on the phone for a month. I had my PIN number which is really all they should need but no they wanted me to tell them the last two calls made on the phone. Which is unreasonable since the phone had been lost and I had the pin number and it was drafting from my account. And they would not do it. Very dissatisfied

SIM card replacement

I got a new Sim card to replace the old one so I can you in the phone but was told it wasn't possible. I even got a new phone as recommended by your agents but they could not still transfer my number into the new Sim card. I don't understand why is it that with simple mobile you need a new phone if you want to change your Sim card. The last person I spoke with was a manager and she was worse than the agents. Until now I still have the new Sim card I got but my number is still in the old Sim card and for that reason I don't have coverage everywhere.
