Purchased two Simple Mobile phones from Walmart based on strong coverage noted on the Simple Mobile map for my area. The map wasn't accurate - the phones didn't work here!

The first tech support person did try her hardest to resolve the issue, finally recommending returning the phones to Walmart. Walmart accepted the returned phones, but would not refund the prepaid card costs (per their return policy).

Simple Mobile refused to refund the prepaid card costs as well, citing it was Walmart's position to do so. Am I actually out $50 because of inaccurate advertising?!?

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
