Simple mobile turned off my phone
No ACP. Customer service lies to you
After applying multiple times and doing everything over and over and over simple Mobile customer service in India always says that someone will be calling you and at a specific time but yet they never do so just like their sister companies they do not accept the ACP lifeline program that's available through the FCC with other carriers. Simple Mobile says they accept ACP but yet they'll never apply it to your account.
You will just keep being chatted to in the end it'll tell you to call and even that doesn't do any good. They accept the plan but then don't ever give you any credit which means they're probably keeping the money.

But last week on 10/13/2023
I pay my service online from my account
I paid two times still pending and pending
I call the customer Nothing help just give me stress anytime i call customer service bcz he still tell me to pay for my service But I am ready to pay this make upset but still call customer service bcz I need my number backon 10/16 /2023 he turn on back my service I request information about my account bcz I want to transfer to another company bcz Done with all stress he give to me Also Request for Refrun for bcz I pay two time I request refund one payment i hope you give Back my money
