I've been with simple mobile for at least 2 yrs now using GSM IPHONE 4 where i only get 3G signal reception. So i sold my iphone 4 last Dec.

2013 in a very cheap price and upgraded to IPHONE 5s bcoz Simple Mobile have an Ads of 4G starts at $40 but up to present i never get 4G reception signal only 3G still, thou iphone 5s is capable of handling 4G. That Ads is misleading to consumer should i have known this issue i won't upgrade my iphone.

But in fairness to Simple Mobile they have a much more reliability in maintaining mobile connection while travelling in my car in State of Washington.

However, i wish they wud put down that Ads since its a misleading information for consumer.

Location: Everett, Washington

Have the same issue with my iphone 5c.. They first tell me the iphone 5c cannot get 4g and they only support 1700mHz phones but on their ads they say they support 1900mHz phones too.

Then when I tell them t-mobile says that my phone can get 4g and put a tmobile sim in and I get 4g, they now tell me its the location I'm in but I've been all around texas the last two months and never got 4g. Then a manager at tmobile told me that simple can not get 4g because they are using their back towers.

Bunch of foolishness. Now I'm with tmobile with unlimited 4gLTE that I get everywhere in the city for only 25bucks more a month..
