I ordered my phone an sim and it never got here, fedex tracking said it got sent back. So all the customer support automated systems ask for information from your phone before you can get help, i cant get into contact with a human being to save my life. So im starting to feel like i threw away 95$,

Terrible phone and service

This phone has not worked from the start. The place I purchased it can not give money back - only offered another phone of the same value. I have talked with customer service and had chatted on line several times. It finally came down to them saying there is nothing wrong with my phone. So I am stuck with a phone that doesn't work. I am a senior citizen and it is difficult to deal with such incompetent companies. I would not recommend this phone or this company to anyone. I was a fool to purchase the phone without checking about complaints first. I won't make that mistake again.

Tied up my bank account

This company messed up my bank account. Charged my account and then tells me i couldn't purchase that plan for my phone. Tells me this after they take the money. Now they have tied up my account. I will lose my service on 12/1. Until the money is back in the account. I can't purchase another plan. I will be without a phone. My husband 's medical contacts are on the phone. Can't understand the people at this comoany.

Ten days of NO service

I paid to have my phone activated on 9/7/17, the young man told me it would take a couple of hours to activate my phone. My phone was not activated until 9/18/17.

Of course I'm satisfied and I'm happy. Now moving forward, last Monday, 10/2 I received a text saying my plan would expire on 10/7/17. I'm confused by all of this because it hasn't been 30 days since I received service. I called customer service, I spoke to 4 different reps and a "supervisor".

And I was told that since I paid for it on 9/7/17 that counted towards my 30 days.

I explained over and over that the service was not activated until 9/18/17. So I lost 10 days of service due to the company not being able to "activate" the phone.

I’m experiencing the same thing. I brought my iPhone to a shop that sells simple mobile and paid all the fees, 50$ plan and was told everything was good but I had to wait a little while for my phone number to be routed over.

It’s been since yesterday early afternoon and I still have nothing. I’m going to get in a lot of trouble at work for missing emergency on call calls. Indeed this fixed yesterday.

Erroneous charge

I have been paying for 4G, but not receiving 4G, so I called and asked for the billing department. They said they don't have a billing or accounting department, that there is no reason to have one because it's prepaid. I continued to complain, and was transferred to another person. I asked for credit, but she said credit is not an option. She suggested I cancelled payment. I told her that the payment had already been cleared. She said there was no way for me to receive a credit or refund. I said, "So, basically you're screwing me by ripping me off." She said, "Yes." Unbelievable.

To make it short... this is my case.

I switched to another provider a day before my last day of service with simple mobile and too bad that I had setup a auto reup with them so simple mobile still charged me for the the follow month that I not with them anymore. I called them to asked for my refund and they said I can't have my refund back to my account, and they can't do nothing about it because I didn't call them to cancelled the auto reup????????? Is that sound right to you? Any one would feel so pissed up like me.

Beside, their reception is very weak compare to AT&T.

Specially using it in Mexico. So this is my bad experience with simple mobile.

The company lied when I purchased my plan. Plan does not work in Canada and now I am a woman traveling alone without any service. Very scary and I can't even talk to my child. ....very disappointed and will be out a lot of money!!

CANCEL YOUR SIMPLE MOBILE BEWARE OF DATA SCAM

I have a IPhone 6s Plus and my system crashed a day after I paid my phone bill so mind you I was unable to make calls receive them or even cut the phone on. I got the phone repaired last night ( a week and a half later) I had no data or GB when I tried to use the internet .

So right now as I’m typing I’m at the store where I pay my bill and was informed I was only given 1 GB when I called 611 they told me I had used all 6 GB I spoke with several managers trying to explain that it was impossible to have used 6 GB when my phone could not even come on and the store is telling me I was only given 1 GB. i offered to send proof that I had just paid for the repairs there was no way possible I used 6GB of data they still did nothing to help or compensate me. I then asked one of the managers how much usage was used 3days ago (knowing my phone was not able to even come on) she replied I used 40 min and 3000 mb I laughed and told her she was lieing and the manager hung up on me! They are scamming us out of Data!

Leave this company!

Simple Mobile is a scam and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SIMPLE MOBILE IS SCAMMING US OUT OF OUR DATA BE AWARE AND CHECK YOUR DATA!
