I paid to have my phone activated on 9/7/17, the young man told me it would take a couple of hours to activate my phone. My phone was not activated until 9/18/17.
Of course I'm satisfied and I'm happy. Now moving forward, last Monday, 10/2 I received a text saying my plan would expire on 10/7/17. I'm confused by all of this because it hasn't been 30 days since I received service. I called customer service, I spoke to 4 different reps and a "supervisor".
And I was told that since I paid for it on 9/7/17 that counted towards my 30 days.
I explained over and over that the service was not activated until 9/18/17. So I lost 10 days of service due to the company not being able to "activate" the phone.

Erroneous charge
Very BAD services and customer service = SIMPLE MOBILE
To make it short... this is my case.
I switched to another provider a day before my last day of service with simple mobile and too bad that I had setup a auto reup with them so simple mobile still charged me for the the follow month that I not with them anymore. I called them to asked for my refund and they said I can't have my refund back to my account, and they can't do nothing about it because I didn't call them to cancelled the auto reup????????? Is that sound right to you? Any one would feel so pissed up like me.
Beside, their reception is very weak compare to AT&T.
Specially using it in Mexico. So this is my bad experience with simple mobile.

CANCEL YOUR SIMPLE MOBILE BEWARE OF DATA SCAM
I have a IPhone 6s Plus and my system crashed a day after I paid my phone bill so mind you I was unable to make calls receive them or even cut the phone on. I got the phone repaired last night ( a week and a half later) I had no data or GB when I tried to use the internet .
So right now as I’m typing I’m at the store where I pay my bill and was informed I was only given 1 GB when I called 611 they told me I had used all 6 GB I spoke with several managers trying to explain that it was impossible to have used 6 GB when my phone could not even come on and the store is telling me I was only given 1 GB. i offered to send proof that I had just paid for the repairs there was no way possible I used 6GB of data they still did nothing to help or compensate me. I then asked one of the managers how much usage was used 3days ago (knowing my phone was not able to even come on) she replied I used 40 min and 3000 mb I laughed and told her she was lieing and the manager hung up on me! They are scamming us out of Data!
Leave this company!
Simple Mobile is a scam and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SIMPLE MOBILE IS SCAMMING US OUT OF OUR DATA BE AWARE AND CHECK YOUR DATA!
