I have a brand new blackberry KeyOne and with my Tmobile sim in it works fine. With my simple mobile sim it totally changes the phones behavior. Apps randomly close, i can't make a phone call without searching though my contacts first, etc. Cheap but not for everyone.

Terrible Customer service

My sons phone wasn't receiving any phone calls. I did not have the phone with me however I was able to call my son on a different phone and instruct him on how to trouble shoot. First representative who's name I did not catch had a very nasty attitude from the moment she answered the call. I explained my situation to her and told her my son already reset the phone and is have the same issue. Still with an attitude she told me there's nothing that can be done since i don't have the phone with me. I told her ok does the person have to be on the phone or off of the phone while troubleshooting. her answer was "YES" I said yes what? and next thing I know she hung up on me. I called again with a complaint this time along with the phone issue. They don't have any notes and quite frankly speaking i don't think they even have a system for it either. The representative told me she will let her supervisor know and just brushed it off. Then proceeded to help me with the phone issue. said i will get a call back in 15 minutes with further instructions . I again wanted to be assured that my complaint is being put in. She then said shes transferring me to a manager regarding the complaint. I got transferred to a manager who also brushed off my complaint and kept wanting to help me troubleshoot which I appreciate. However as she put me on hold her line dropped as well. It wasn't on my end since I was using a land line. The manager did assure me since I'm able to communicate with my son with instructions we could further trouble shoot the issue. Unfortunately her call dropped. I called back AGAIN. This time a "Ruth" answered again I had to explain myself because they have no such thing as "notes" or "records" she just kept telling me to turn off and on the phone. I told her we did that 3 times already it isn't helping whats next. She got super loud and said I told you there's nothing else to do but keep turning off and on the phone till you physically have the phone. I told her her manager was able to keep me further instructions and to do the same. She got loud again and i told her she needs to watch her tone speaking to me. She huffed and puffed and at this point i lost complete patience. Point is simple mobile has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! You wont get anywhere but go in circles and put up with the representatives attitudes. With all this being said I was with simple mobile for less than a month their service is terrible (i have the $60 service with unlimited talk, text and data) and yet calls drop, one phone cant even receive calls and customer service is a slap on the face. I am gladly leaving simple mobile and will not recommend to anyone ever!

Had a $40 plan mobile hotspot work great but ran out quick so I upgraded to the $50 plan they said it was unlimited no mobile hotspot and can't create my account because it's all screwed up wrong State no contact numbers I'm pissed also I think that they're letting someone else use my mobile WiFi and account

Wow,

Every month there is a problem on everything.Un fn real.I for the first time wanted too just pay online instead of sitting on the phone for 45 minutes talking to arakman.I even was warned by my wife that something fd up will happen and yet again it’s happened and at an hour where there customer service is not up.I paid $92.91 for my multi line plan last night before my service expires and only one phone works despite being charged $92.I am a cellular technician and I know everything so let me just clarify that,I even microsolder and I been in the game since 2012,so I’m not dumb.im attaching pictures too prove these *** are downright impossible to deal with.

Wow now I guarantee that when I call I get a bunch of bs tomorrow that ends in my money being taken from me but if I jump in my car and go to their office and clean house,I’m the bad guy.

Simple Mobil The worst customer service I've ever had to deal

The worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Hopefully someone from the leadership teams can reach and review my concerns. I called the customer service in June 22nd to check on service within Canada as well as canceling my Auto paid after I confirmed there is limitation to the service coverage in Canada and it was confirmed that the auto pay was canceled as well. As of July 9th while was checking my bank account found out that was billed/ charged monthly payment on 7/7/2018. After that I called the customer service they cancel my auto pay and they could not gave a reason why was not done on June 22nd . I was transferred after to the deferent DEPARTMENT which will handle the refund the agent confirmed he will do that but the timeframe may take up to 30 days. Because of my bank procedures. I requested to speak with supervisor, which he did because it is an unacceptable to hold my money for 30 days when It was not my fault. I have spoken to the supervisor which I documented all her ID# and name which she was unprofessional and guess what we moved from 30 days timeframe to I wont be able to get my money back due to the request was done today 7/10 which is not TRUE and i cannot confirm the zip code where I had activated the service day 1 which is over 7 years ago it is joke. she just keeps saying wont be able to generate a refund. I have explained to her that I have been with the company for over 6 years and it is not my fault to pay for this bill when the failure was one of your employees. She did not want even to listen to me. she keeps repeating same thing like a robot I have also asked her to check and pull the conversation/ recorder call I have made in June 22nd she did refuse and said that she cannot do that. Bottom worst experience long story short I have advised them I will be sharing my story with in the social media as well as writing a letter to the BBB and I will keep sharing my frustration about this poor customer service and how I have been treated just B I have been with this company for 7 years that how I should be treated. I’m not asking for special treatment here. just want to get my refund. I wasted over an hour with another agent from deferent department same story no one listen or willing to help. I will not stop here I will share my story and my experience within the social media as well as the local radio channels all since I have been hurt and was called a liar since there is no notes or indication that I have requested to cnl my auto pay on June 22nd . I am really furious................I will also share with this with 120K people across the globe and company employees. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I moved to a different country and tried to log into my account to cancel my automated monthly payment but the website did not recognize my phone number. After serveral days of trying I was finally able to log in, but I had been already charged for the next month. Contacted the chat customer support and was told I would be able to get my refund, I just needed to call a toll free number and give them my credit card info. The person over the phone was extremely rude and refused to give the refund even though I won´t be able to use the service at all.

Coverage is weak to say the least

I've had simple mobile for a year and the coverage has been going downhill now for about 4 or 5 months. I called service once about 2 months ago and it just takes so long and they had no real answers. Pat answer of "Sorry you are having trouble." The most coverage I get at my home is 2 dots, EVER!! Past couple of days have been seriously down to one dot. Have to wait for 2 before I can try to open an app or go on the internet. And yes, I have rebooted my iPhone se several times to no avail. It sucks and it's time to find another provider.

Simple Mobile SUCKS

I paid for 2day shipping on device for my kid for school emergencies. Phone came a week later and SIM card did not register. After several days of calling to get it straightened out because of their technical difficulties, we still don't have a phone and my extra shipping on top of return shipping will not be refunded. What a joke! Don't waste your time or money on this rip off.

Very bad service. Don't order.

Extremely bad service. Once you place the order you can’t cancel. The SimpleMobile is just a order taker and they won't help you once you place the order. Their customer service is extremely poor. They hang up phone in between the conversation. After you receive the sim card, StrightTalk activate the service, for that you have to give your credit card details and StrightTalk will charge you again for that month service. In effect you will be paying double payment for the first month service. Don't be a victim, stay away from SimpleMobile otherwise you will end up in frustration and financial loss .

About a year ago i purchased a simple mobile phone from a local DG store. When i tried to activate it, having no luck, i found out the phone I was sold was actually a Straight Talk phone. Luckily I was able to exchange the phone but have had nothing but problems. I am hardly ever able to send text messages because I keep getting an error message stating I'm not connected to a local network, which isn't true. I feel that I am far from the only person with this issue and that's sad considering Simple Mobile is becoming more wide spread. I've exhausted all possible solutions from updates to speaking with customer service and nothing has worked. Luckily I had the smarts to change phone providers. Simple Mobile has some issues to fix and sort out first before I would recommend them to anyone.

Never get wifi even next to hotspot. Get no mobile service message. Can not get crome to pull up. Get no wifi available or no internet connect. Been stuck in middle of nowhere late for both jobs. At least tracfone never was this much of a pain to use

Payments never refunded

I made payment with master card twice thru simple moobile app didnt go thru the paymentls but i check my statement in home and the payments go thru. But they never activated my plan again. I have to use a debit card. To activated my plan again .I call my credit card bank sugest check with them .i call simple mobile 5 times they isue a 3 tickets for my case is about 2 weeks and i dont receive my refund yet. I think i going to call master card to see if they can help to resolve this matter..i think is fraudulent charges....
