Odd recitdings

Since the updated improvements this week, Im not getting You logged in fruit and You logged in potatoes when I havent . Im already upset because its more difficult to log food choices and calorie intake, now its recording inaccurately. I just paid for the next 3 months and then the app changed. Im very unhappy.

Hold on carrier pin on my phone and refuses to take it off

I called to get the carrier block off my phone to switch providers and the rep made note of it and pretended to go to get someone and hung up and I called back twice and they picked up and hung up and this have still not done anything

My service isn’t working

and theyve done all they can do on their end they said. HR was scheduled to have a call back appointment with me and never called. I cant send texts or receive them. Im probably just going to change companies because Im not wasting more money for a service that I get no service for. Im pretty irritated. I know someone else who dealt with this and the company let it go on for 2 months before fixing anything and then gave her a free month of service. Ive used simple mobile for 3 years now. Grrrrr

Phone not making calls

No calls texts it just says call end. Ive been calling 611 all week my phone isnt making text messages receiving calls or making calls. I have called 611 numerous times this week they had it working once and now its not working at all and its even worse Ive been before because I cant even call 611 from my phone now this issue needs to be resolved because I have had my paid up my bill. It is good until the end of the month so theres no reason why it shouldnt be working now. I really hope to get some help with this because I need my phone to get a job and get a hold of my family.

Called 4 times on the last call I was told my order was not paid for. Well it was.
