Its been 7 whole days now and i have no service on my phone. I can't send out call, neither can i receive calls nor use the internet. I have been calling customer service using other people's phone and all they've been doing is giving me silly excuses and lies about it'll be fixed and all......this is really upsetting!!! A whole week without any service and they can't fix it

The customer reps was very rude. I was at work while trying to resolve an issue with my service being off for no reason. Not disconnected. I am working so its a little background noise. The CSR told me to stop making noise in the background because its aggravating. Everysince i have had their service its been problem after another. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.

After reupping my service for the $50 unlimited features. Realized I couldn't use hotspot. Therefore, it's not unlimited, now you have limits. Phoned simple mobile and after 15 minutes of explaining the problem. I'm told I have to purchse the $60 plan and forfeit the $50. What! Throw away 50 bucks. I wouldve paid the $10 difference. Clueless rep and terrible customer service. Yeah I'm switching
