You guys are complaining that Simple Mobile is "retarded" and "sucks," or that they're "***," but none of you can spell or type properly. So, which is it? Is Simple Mobile at fault, or are you people too *** to work your phones properly?

im begining too really hate simple..i keep getting put on wait if there is a limitedwait time then how is anyone going to getany help or anything complete..my web or my mms aint work can anyone help?

I also spent hours just to try and switch to simple mobile making calls like 6 to 7 different times and getting disconnected each time. My internet and picture mail is not working also. I've called them like 4 times already. I called today and someone tried to help me, told me to restart my phone, but before all that, she was gone. I called right back, made complaint about how their calls have been going off without anybody fixing my problem. I was told the company have a set amount of time to help each customer and the phone will automatically get disconnected. What kinda of bullcrap is that?? That explains why I've called so many times and my problem never get solved! So how is my problem gonna get solved if it suppose to take 15 minutes and you have 10 minutes set time to help each customer? I will not use simple mobile after this month, I will even try to get my 40 dollars back for misleading!
