Simple Mobile - How do I stop the auto re-up?
This sucks and I get even more stressed looking at all the Yelp reviewers who got screwed on this same issue...
My husband signed up for auto re-up six months ago and we want to stop it.
We plan on leaving this service soon as the signal is non-existant just outside of our new town. I am wanting to make the transition easily, but what I have read about simple mobile stopping the re-up feature sounds like pulling teeth. They dropped the call I was on with customer service and it looks like they are going to make us have to get a new number and cancel our credit card just to get this stopped.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Seriously, I just told them to turn it off. It worked.
If you cancel service it stops also.
You will get your service until the end date but it just won't renew without you doing it yourself. There is a switch in the dashboard too.
This problem still exists in the website by PC on Oct. 27.
2019. But, using the smart phone app, in my case iPhone, at the main screen, 'Auto Reup Enrollment' can be edited to be cancelled.
Yes you see you simple mobile is no different then contract with T-Mobile if you want to avoid the stupid *** fee, not calling you a stupid *** but it's just a terminology. Basically you need to change your debit/credit but don't mention your marriage to simple mobile because they will thing you are trying to ship out on a bill and just say the chip is broken. They might just renew the same card so you are going to need to get a netspend card to be your new bank but then you can tell netspend that a hobo stole it and you just don't want any more cards because you are in Sept and they should leave you alone because you are broke.
That is a lot of work. Just go to your bank and tell them you want to stop paying simple Mobile.
You can even do it on the phone. Plus the app on the phone let's you turn it off.

i make mistake on paying my monthly bill, and they tell me. sorry but we can't do nothing about it. they charge me extra because they can't refund my money.
It says in the fine print that all sales are not refundable.
Just chat with an agent online they will do it for you in seconds... i just did it it took me 3 min
That is not true. You have to get in touch with the payments department which is a hassle.
My self is trying to stop this service I have called simple Moible but no live person is coming to my aid I need help I try pressing all the keys but noting no one come is this number working
Just switch to a new carrier. Once you get your number ported over your account would be inactive with simple Mobile
It's pretty siMple, just call cc+1 (87*) ***-**** then on the options choose 5-6-2-1 should Put you through to a live person to assist you...after struggling to get a live person, this whole thing took less than 3 minutes to cancel the auto reup

That MariaSM from SIMPLE Mobile is getting on my *** lately.
They just dont care.
THIS IS REALLY GREEDY BY SIMPLE MOBILE. Why is there no option to stop auto-reup??? Why the *** do i have to cancel my credit card to stop this BS??
