The worst company ever DO NOT CONNECT YOUR PHONE with simple mobile the worst service, they will offer so much and give you nothing. I just got robbed off my money, I will be connecting with another company

I had a plan of $60 unlimited talk text data. I am using it from last 3 months but this time i reup it is too slow data speed i had a talk with customer care couple of times but same. Very poor service. Don't buy simple mobile.

I paid my bill two times. They said i would receive my money bavck in 3-5 days. It has been a month and i have not got When i call back they said it had not been process. I would like my money back in my.account to day. My checks will bounce if i dont have it.

This company is horrible..My son has had this service, for 3 months. Then I paid the bill and he no longer could use the phone. I had to wait all night for customer service, just to be on the phone with them this morning for 2hours and still have no phone service.. very bad customers service i habe $60 plan but international calling not going thru .... very bad plan simple mobil ..... lyca mobile $29 16 countries free caling unlimited i request simple mobile compeny lern to other networks

Everytime i pay my bill tlhere's always an issue.....the payment was approved but my service has been inactive for days.....I've been calling and they told me they were having technical difficulties.....issue still not resolved after paying with my debit card......Simple Mobile SUCKS!!!!!

Horrible customer service! Extremelly rude and unprofessional. I called in to cancel automatic payments did I did not allow and told them they had charged me once June 6 and again July 2. Her response? "It is not what I have here- you need to calk you bank for that. I canceled automatic pay. Goodbye" Excuse me? Horrible horrible customer service! Not to mention a 20 minute wait!

This is the absolute worst company ever in terms of long hold/wait times!! I called them and was on hold the first time about 35 mins before the phone just disconnected the call. I called back and was on hold over 1Hour!!! I got so frusreated I just hung up!! This is ATROCIOUS!! AND my son is a dealer. He said even they have to sit with a customer and wait on hold for long periods before anyone picks up! This has to be resolved.. Read more

i was told my simple mobile SIM was unlimited data, calls and texts, but apparently it only gave me a certain amount of data, then slowed to what seems like dial-up speed.. so freaking slow!! then when i went to recharge, i can only use a US credit card.. i am here on business for a few months and only have a UK visa card, which i was told by their online chat reps that it would be fine, but i would need to call to REUP, however of course my...
