they have the single most horrible customer service and cellular service I have ever experienced IN MY LIFE!!!!! DO MOT CHOOSE SIMPLE MOBILE....THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT SIMPLE. Their data is not what they say, you have to program your own phone. WTF???? I am on hold and been on hold for more thab THIRTY minutes. I swear i hate them. STINKS !!! Nothing SIMPLE about this company, bought the SIM card at Best Buy, went to a dealer who said he couldn't help me. Did the transfer online and wanted my old SPRINT number. First gave me another number, then when I told them I wanted my old number they said it would take 3-24 hours. Called next day after having no service and they said 24-48 hours more as they sent me a new SIM card. WHAT ???? They don't know where the SIM card is being mailed from, they don't know anything. I have been trying to reup my phone with Simple Mobile and card keeps being declined. I have the money on card and when i call bank they are not ahowi g the transaction. I asked Simple Mobile for decline code and what system was used to process paymebt and they did not have a clue. Dtay away from them, I am regretting ever using their service. Add comment

I HATE this phone service!!!!!! First, I never understand the person I am talking to. There English is never clear. Every time I want to pay my bill they want me to open my phone to give off of the card inside because they need me to make a passcode. Today I just needed help with my answering service. I wanted to hear the number before the message. I was put on hold for about 4 or 5 minutes for the technical support lady to tell me she couldn't help me!?!!!.
