Had a problem so I called customer service and all the woman did was give me attitude like its my fault their *** giving mega problems. Switching to another company as of next week. Would never recommend SIMPLE MOBILE to anyone ! Get away from it while you still can! Not worth the stress or money. I understand things can get frustrating but you as a customer service are supposed to help. You are representing your company. Do better please. Read more

I have been a net10 customer for almost 14 years and happy with your service until may 2 and when I was informed that I had to get a upgrade on my phone.sense then I have had to call four times last Sat I was on the phone for 2and a half hours and then last night was the worst.the. guy did not even get my phone working and he hung up on me.so I do not have a phone that I have already paid for and I need this taken care of asap. they have the single most horrible customer service and cellular service I have ever experienced IN MY LIFE!!!!! DO MOT CHOOSE SIMPLE MOBILE....THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT SIMPLE. Their data is not what they say, you have to program your own phone. WTF???? I am on hold and been on hold for more thab THIRTY minutes. I swear i hate them. STINKS !!! Nothing SIMPLE about this company, bought the SIM card at Best Buy, went to a dealer who said he couldn't help me. Did the transfer online and wanted my old SPRINT number. First gave me another number, then when I told them I wanted my old number they said it would take 3-24 hours. Called next day after having no service and they said 24-48 hours more as they sent me a new SIM card. WHAT ???? They don't know where the SIM card is... Read more

I have been trying to reup my phone with Simple Mobile and card keeps being declined. I have the money on card and when i call bank they are not ahowi g the transaction. I asked Simple Mobile for decline code and what system was used to process paymebt and they did not have a clue. Dtay away from them, I am regretting ever using their service. Add comment
