I bought a simple mobile sim card called BYOP (bring your own phone)which did not work on my phone. After talking to customer service they said my phone was not compatible (Samsung Note 3). I made a payment to an authorized dealer of Simple Mobile and it did not go through, my phone was interrupted at 10:00pm so I made another payment. I called back to dispute the claim and was treated so badly that I decided then and there to disconnect my service. I have been using simple mobile for nearly a year now. I was using unlocked iphone 4S device in which 3G reception was bad and I didn't got 3G where I was supposed to get. This is the worst company I ever dealt with!! They charged me for wrong, not even existing phone number and decided not to return,refund or at least credit back my money!! They took away my brothers phone number because he was out of country and didn't use service for 14 days while policy gives at least 30 days. pretty much dey don't follow their own policies. The worst customer service ever I had a simcard replaced at a local store on saturday at 4:00 pm and today tuesday at 8:30 pm still do not work. I purchased 3 SIM cards for overseas guests. All 3 accounts comes with data plan. Data works for the first 3 days but it never worked. Set up APN as per Simple Mobile's instruction.
