I canceled my Service on March 14, 2015. they kept charging my bank account every month for 7 months, like I was using their service. I needed mobile internet service for a week-long trip so I signed up for the 7-day unlimited voice/text and 2GB of 4G data plan for 20 bucks. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The worst customer service on the planet operating in the USA!!! Do not even think of switching your number cause you will lose it for no reason!! Even if it is still active.. They will not give you your PIN number at all... You will be on hold for at least 45 minutes before they answer your phone call and then hang up on you so that you can spend another great 45 minutes hoping to talk to... Read more
