During this month September I have lost count on how many times I have had to call customer service and they were not able to help. First of, they are all based in Fillipine and they cannot understand English and cannot speak English fluently. On the few occasions when I found that they were able to speak English, they stuttered. Just spent the past 2+ hours on the phone with 3 representatives from Simple Mobile. These people - clearly based in the Philippines are only trained to read off a script - will put you on hold NUMEROUS times to keep 'checking' to look like they are working on the issue. Horrible customer service! This is my second month with the company. I went over my data the first month, reup when ibeas suppose to data is still stuck at an E no 4G. I have been a simpleMobile customer since March 2014. The only issue I had was that the sim serial key was incorrect. I took me two days just to get my number transferred from Virigin Mobile. I tried giving a payment online and didn't go thru, I called automatic operator and didn't go thru. Had to speak to an operator he took about 1 1/2 to get the payment. After that my phone was working fine, 20 minutes later it stop working. I called them back and they said I had only paid broadband service, then why the *** was the phone working. I've had simple mobile for about 10 months & when I started my service it was supposed to be "re-up" every 15th of the month. & from about 4 months till now I noticed every month they take away 1 day of my service.
